By signing up for a tour with O’Sullivan’s Courthouse Tours (OCT) you agree to these tour conditions. Please read the document carefully before making your tour request.

TOUR PRICE GUARANTEE
All tour prices are subject to change without notice due to the season, unpredictability of the currency rates and changing trip costs. However, the price of the tour you have selected will be locked and guaranteed the moment the deposit is received. Please see the website, Osullivanscourthousetours.com for our current tour costs.

Included in the price of the Ireland tours:
9 nights hotel accommodations
9 breakfasts
3 group meals
Local guides, musicians, historians as appropriate
All group activity entrance fees
Luxury coach
Pickup in Dublin(exact location to be determined), unless you are on the Northern Ireland tour, then
1 shuttle transport from last hotel to Shannon Airport (time of shuttle TBD)

Included in the price of the Scotland tours:
13 nights hotel accommodations- including the night before the tour begins
13 breakfasts
6 group meals
Local guides, musicians, historians as appropriate
All group activity entrance fees
Luxury coach
Pickup in Dublin (exact location to be determined), unless you are on the Northern Ireland tour or the Scotland tour, then 1 shuttle transport from last hotel to Shannon Airport (time of shuttle TBD)

What is NOT included in the tour price:
AIR FARE
Travel Insurance— (We strongly suggest everyone should get travel insurance in case the unforeseen happens)
Pre- tour and post-tour accommodations
Optional activities during tour
Independent travel during tour
Any transportation outside of tour dates
Any transportation outside of designated tour pickup or drop off locations at the designated arranged times
Itineraries are subject to change
Ireland is full of surprises. It’s important that we all are flexible enough to take advantage of whatever opportunities may come our way, so we can provide you with the best possible tour. Also, all activities are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unpredictable factors.

Tour Payments
*To reserve a seat you must agree to these tour conditions and provide us with a deposit or full price of the tour.
*We take all major credit cards.
*We take bank transfers

We only hold your space for 10 days to receive a bank transfer. After 10 days if your payment has not been received your registration will be cancelled and your space will be released.
*A second payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due no later than 6 months prior to tour start date.
*Your final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to tour start date.
*Your final payment due will be on your initial letter and your tour invoice.
*Missing your final payment deadline may result in your losing your tour seat.
